“I was always intimidated by yoga studios, thinking I wasn’t ‘flexible enough.’ This class changed everything. The environment is so welcoming, and the modifications allowed me to move at my own pace. I finally feel at home in my body.”
“My high-pressure job leaves me mentally drained by 6 PM. These evening sessions are the only thing that quiets my mind. It’s not just a workout; it’s a reset button for my nervous system. I sleep better now than I have in years.”
FAQ
Do I need to be flexible to start?
Not at all. Flexibility is a result of yoga, not a prerequisite. We offer modifications for every pose, so you can practice safely regardless of your current range of motion.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, change, and settle onto your mat without rushing. The studio door locks precisely when class begins.
I have a previous injury or back pain. Is it safe?
Your safety is our priority. Please inform the instructor about any injuries before class begins. We are trained to provide specific modifications and props to ensure you can practice without aggravating your condition. If you are in acute pain, please consult your doctor first.
Should I eat before class?
It is best to practice on a light stomach. We recommend finishing any heavy meals at least 2 hours before class. If you need an energy boost, a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts 30 minutes prior is a great option.
Do you offer private 1-on-1 sessions?
Yes! Private sessions are excellent if you want to deepen your practice, work on specific poses, or need a tailored routine for injury recovery. You can book a single session or a package.
